This controller can charge 12V/24V/36V/48V/60V batteries. Manually select the appropriate battery charging mode.During initial installation, ensure the battery has sufficient voltage to start the controller and automatically set its parameters.When charging 12V/24V/36V/48V/60V batteries, the solar panel voltage should be 1.5 times the battery voltage.For boost-type battery charging, the solar panel input voltage must be 15V–40V. Charging will not start if the voltage is too low or too high.Short circuit of the boost output power supply is strictly prohibited!
Install the controller as close to the battery as possible to avoid voltage drop caused by long wires, which may affect normal voltage detection.
This controller is suitable for all types of lead-acid batteries (including flooded, sealed, gel batteries, etc.).If charging other types of batteries, you must be familiar with their characteristics and set appropriate charging parameters before use.Do NOT charge lithium batteries without proper settings!For example: when charging a 12V lithium battery, do not set the output protection to 9.5V, full charge protection to 12.2V, and recharge start voltage to 11.5V.
No battery is required to power the load; true solar-only operation is supported.Example: with a 150W/18V solar panel input,the battery output is approximately 10A/12V (120W),which can supply a 60V load at 2A or a 24V load at 5A.To supply 5A or more to a 60V load, a 100AH/12V battery must be added to charge first before powering the 60V load.
This controller can only use solar panels and wind turbines as charging sources. Do NOT use DC or other power supplies for charging.
The controller generates heat during operation. Please install it on a flat, well-ventilated surface.
